Thursday 3:30 | Is Jonah The Premier League Dog Our New Paul The World Cup Octopus?

Carrying on the pets theme for a second week, today’s Thursday 3:30 comes from Jonah Booth – dedicated NUFC fan and loyal companion to Thomas Booth from the Potts Print (UK) Business Development Team.

Jonah’s interests include food and sleep, and his favourite activities are sniffing and running. If he’s not watching one of his favourite films (Lassie Come Home, Turner & Hooch, or the foremost canine rom-com Lady & The Tramp) he’s glued to the football.

Jonah says: “I can’t wait to see the match on Monday. Sometimes Dad goes and I don’t get to see it, but if he watches it at the pub I’m allowed to go. Mam and Dad aren’t drinking during the week but if I’m good I might get a can of Stella, which is my favourite. I’m black and white, same as Newcastle’s strip, and before I met my parents I was called Shola after our striker (not sure why Dad changed my name to Jonah, because he says they both mean bad luck). I’m hoping Newcastle will win, as this always puts Dad in a good mood, but I’m a bit worried about Joey Barton playing against us! I predict a 1-1 draw! Right, I’m going to have a few biscuits and then I’m off for a kip on the settee.”

You heard it here first ladies and gents, that’s 1-1 against QPR! You can follow Jonah’s adventures on his very own Facebook page.

Thursday 3:30 is a photo-blog which is posted at, you’ve guessed it, 3:30pm on Thursdays. If you’re an employee, client, supplier, friend, relation or fan of Potts Print (UK) you can send your photos for a future Thursday 3:30 – just email it to with a bit of info about who you are and what your photo is about. Keep it clean folks!

Best wishes,
