Potts Print (UK) is pleased to continue their print partnership with RPMI, with the award of an extended contract of three years. Potts will provide printed stationery, stock management, fulfillment and mailing to the communications function of the national pensions administration service.
Mark Devine, Commercial Director at Potts Print (UK), says: “This new stage of our business relationship with RPMI is an exciting prospect for Potts. We look forward to providing creative solutions for RPMI’s requirements and developing a bespoke stock management system for their communications function.”
The partnership began in 2010 after RPMI carried out a comprehensive review of its suppliers in anticipation of future growth. They established a framework of preferred suppliers to support it in meeting the needs of its clients in the areas of design, digital and lithographic printing, stock management and mailing services. Potts joined the framework and has taken a continuous improvement approach to the contract, to achieve sustainable cost savings over its lifetime.
Jonathan Clark, Head of Communications at RPMI, says: “We feel that Potts have the systems infrastructure and size not only to serve us now but also to meet our needs in the future. The efficiencies they’ve been able to help us with in the stock management side have really been an eye opener for us, and we are delighted to continue the relationship, working in partnership with Potts and their passionate team.”
RPMI has a shared aim with Potts – to provide services that are completely centered on their clients’ exact requirements. They’re passionate about pensions, we’re passionate about print, and we are looking forward to developing innovative printed communications solutions with the RPMI team.
